As the Technical Lead for the development and creation of a unique app tailored for Teams, overseeing a collaborative effort between agency and client developers. This hands-on role demanded exceptional performance, with the project carrying high expectations. To ensure seamless support for our US-based client developers, I conducted stand-up meetings in the afternoon, providing crucial assistance for their ticketed tasks and offering out-of-hours support when necessary. Through meticulous coordination and unwavering dedication, our team successfully delivered this time-sensitive project on schedule.
